I have used this company several times for both PTA events and my grandchildren’s birthday parties, and I have always received excellent service. The staff are always friendly, the inflatables are clean, always in great condition and the company is professional and reliable. They always arrive on time and are very efficient when setting up and packing away equipment. They have excellent communication and customer care and I will certainly hire from them again in the future.

Have used Leisure Time NE for previous bookings at home but this was the first time using them for a venue with specific timings. Absolutely fantastic service and great communication throughout. Bouncy castle delivered at the exact time requested and picked up 15 minutes after the party finished. Perfect! Will be using again in the near future.

Absolutely fantastic from booking to collection. We booked the my little pony combo castle for our garden and everyone we dealt with from answering our phonecalls in the office, setting up the castle on the morning and collecting it the following day were helpful, friendly and professional. Castle was in great condition and kids were absolutely delighted. We are already planning to book again, great company.

Used Leisure Time NE for the first time for my son’s 8th birthday. We hired the large ‘Toxic’ slide. Slide delivered on time and set up quickly. The kids and big kids loved the slide, the lads came and picked up the slide on time again and quickly packed it away. Was available to use for about 8 hours between drop off and pick up!

Absolutely Flawless Service! We hired the treehouse combo bouncy castle and it was worth every penny. The arrival and set up was bang on timing, the castle itself was very clean and overall for someone who was hiring for the first time, I found the process hassle free. I was stressing about wether being an issue on the day of my hire however when I called to ask for advice and opinions, I was pleasantly reminded that I could re-arrange if needed which massively put my mind at ease. Reliable service and easy to book. I used leisure time north east for my first sons Christening and will be using them again for future events. Excellent bouc y castle and amazing service. We originally booked for 2021 but all caught cover the week of the party. When I contacted Leisure Time they were so helpful and moved our booking forward a year. They even honoured the price of original booking. can't recommend enough and further bookings already planned. We hired the disco dome with slide and was perfect because even though it rained the bouncy castle stayed dry.

They may be little more expensive than other places but you certainly get what you pay for. These guys definitely go above and beyond when needed. I had some last minute changes when hiring a bouncy castle and they had no problems accommodating me. A big thank you guys.

Absolutely faultless! We have never hired a bouncy castle before but we wanted to do something special for my little boys 2nd birthday after spending by the majority of his life in lockdown! i was a little unsure what to expect after reading things on social media about some companies just no turning up on the day but Leisure Time North East were amazing. i emailed beforehand to ask advice on the bad weather forecast and they replied quickly and put my mind to ease, then on the day of the party it was just absolutely faultless!
