Frequently Asked Questions
On this page you will find frequently asked questions and our answers to help you with any query's you may have.
What Areas Do You Deliver To?
We cover all areas of Teesside and all surrounding areas such as Billingham, Hartlepool, Wynyard, Darlington, Northallerton, Stokesley, Great Ayton and Guisborough. We may be able to travel further. If you cant find your postcode when booking please contact us.
How do i know if the item i want is available on the day i want it?
Our website has an online booking system that can tell you if the desired item is available on the day you would like to hire it. This feature can be accessed by clicking the red "Check Availability" button underneath the description.
What time will you arrive to setup the equipment?
We could arrive up to 2 hours prior to your delivery time to set up the equipment. This time frame helps us to plan our routes more efficiently and will not affect your specified collection time. We prioritise venue hires as we understand the need for timings to be accurate.
How long do we get to keep it for?
Your hire can be anything up to 8 hours. When booking you can choose any 8 hours between 8am and 8pm. if you want to keep your equipment later than 8pm there is an option to keep it overnight (Maximum 24 Hours) for an additional £30.
Will this item fit?
All the items listed for hire on our website have their dimensions and required space listed in their description. You can use this to measure the area you want to use for the hire before booking with us. The listings also have the width required for access to the hire location. (Gates, Doors etc...) Some of the larger inflatables such as slides require more space around them due to needing guide ropes. This is why some of the inflatables require more space than others to be used in a safe manner. All the inflatables require a blower which attaches to the rear by a blower tube. We also use safety mats on all of our inflatables and these sizes have been calculated in the required dimensions.
Whats the age limit/maximum amount of users please?
The items listed for hire on our site have guidelines for safe usage regarding the amount, size and age of users. We display the amount of users that can be on the equipment at the same time and the height restriction of the item but usually not the age. This is due to the varying heights and growth rates of children.
Can i have this item outdoors?
All but one of our inflatables can be used outdoors. The didi car track is the only inflatable designed for indoor use only. Concrete and hard wearing surfaces damage the wheels on the did cars and the wheels sink into grass. The soft play sets are designed for indoor use only and can't be hired outside. We can set up ball pools' bouncy castles and slides from these sets outside. (see garden packages)
What surfaces can i put inflatables on?
On our website we have a "Suitability" tab on the inflatable page. This tab will give you a list of what items are available on what surface, indoors or out. You can use this feature to check the suitability of the location you have chosen for the item you require. If you have any questions or need more information on this subject then please contact us on 07887683510.
What if i don't have a power supply?
If there is no power point available on outdoor hires we can supply petrol blowers. If the hire in question is an event and a lot of power is required for the numerous inflatables. We have a large 30kva diesel generator that will run lots of equipment. For more information on power requirement's, please contact us 07887683510.
How much notice do i need to make a booking?
You will need to give us at least 24hrs notice to book an inflatable. We may or may not be able to deliver an inflatable immediately upon receiving a phone call. This will depend on how busy we already are on that day.
Can i have an inflatable on sloping ground or ground with obstructions?
Inflatables are recommended to be setup on level ground although they can be setup on a slight slope. You will need to contact us prior to booking with a description or picture of the desired area.
How Do I Book ?

What if i need to cancel a booking?
if you cancel your booking you will be refunded 90% of the total cost of your hire. We ask you give us as much notice as possible.
It's been raining and my bouncy castle is full of water what do i do? 😫
Please do not switch off the inflatable if it raining. this will cause the inflatable to fill up with water and become waterlogged!! The fastest way to dry a wet inflatable after it has rained is to sweep off any excess water using a sweeping brush/mop/squeegie or sponge and then send the children on armed with towels to dry the inside. It shouldn't take long to dry out once you have done this and the children will be more than keen to help. If you have an enclosed inflatable with no open access to sweep out the waterline a combo castle or gladiator joust you may need to push down in the corners of the bed with a jug, mug or glass and scoop out the water that way.
Adverse Weather Policy
In the event of rain on the day of your booking.
If the weather forecast is predicting heavy rain for the full duration of your hire you can choose to either go ahead with the booking, change the date of your booking and retain your 10% deposit or you can cancel entirely in which case you will be refunded (if paid) 90% of the overall cost of your booking. Please make this decision 24 hours before the time of your booking. If the weather forecast is predicting a few scattered showers throughout the duration of your hire we will still expect the booking to go ahead. Please see FAQ's for the quickest and easiest way to dry an inflatable after rain.
In the event of strong winds on the day of your booking.
if the weather forecast is predicting wind gusts of 24mph or over we will still arrive at your site and carry out an inspection of the area. BSEN14960 regulations stipulate that inflatables should not be used in wind speeds exceeding 24mph. We will monitor the wind speeds with a hand held anemometer in the safest area we can find in your garden/venue before deciding if it is safe to set up. We may leave an anemometer with you so the supervising adult can periodically check wind speeds throughout the course of your hire. Full instructions will be given to you on the day. If we deem the area unsafe to erect the inflatable we will have to cancel. You can then either change the date of your booking or we can refund 90% (if paid) of the total cost of your hire.
